I got the beef brisket so deliciously tender. I tried the Carolyn sauce . Wonderful flavor of smoke, heat , vinegar flavor sauce. Plus the cornbread had a nice surprise of a slight crunchy sugar baked top coating. Home made kettle chips that had a great flavor. This place is growing fast! They have meats you can bought to cook yourself along with some specialty items like truffled sea salt ! Can’t wait to try it again! So in you are in the Grand Rapids area it’s worth a stop !!! I posted a photo but already stated eating . I chose to get my meal without a bun .

Interesting…. No seating, although there’s plenty of room. The food was very good and so was the service. Suggestion: Offer napkins, better selection of beverages and provide a few indoor picnic tables or farm tables with open seating

If you're in West Michigan come check out this place!! We heard about it all the way from Atlanta, so we knew when we visited that we'd check them out! Even though they had sold out of ribs (testament to how great the food is), we tried the brisket. It was the most tender meat we'd tasted! The owner Keith was super personable! We'll be back before we leave town for the ribs!

Looking for a place to stock your freezer this year? Look no further, The Grilling Company has everything you need. This is not a sponsored post, just an honest review. Prices are spectacular, the staff are amazing, and the quality is unmatched. I reached out ahead of time as I was buying in bulk. When I arrived I looked through the freezer section and hot foods, deciding on brisket and smoked chicken wings from hot foods. I got sausages, brats, heritage pork chops, and just a few 1.5" thick cut 20 0z Ribeyes. I also got the pimento sandwich that is available in honor of the masters this week. This buisness has earned my trust to stock my freezer for years to come. Cheers yall!!

A takeout place only. Inside is a very industrial look. On one wall they have fridges with meats you can buy. Then there's the order counter with all the bbq in warming trays. I ordered the 3 meat combo($23). I got pulled pork, sausage, and turkey. The sides I chose were baked beans and cheesey potatoes, plus it comes with a piece of cornbread. The pulled pork was very good, and the turkey was excellent, some of the best turkey I've had. The sausage was only okay. The beans were very good, with a tomato tang. Sadly the cheesey potatoes were no bueno. I ended up throwing them away. The cornbread was excellent, I could have eaten a couple more pieces. Overall the portion sizes were generous. I got the Chipotle bbq sauce which I thought was very good. I got a 2nd sauce ($1) Hot Honey. It was good, but did not have a distinct flavor. The service was efficient and friendly. Overall a 4-star review. Would I return? Yes with a caveat. I would return if I was already going to be in the area.
